Full-body synchronized warm medicated oil therapy designed to ground Vata, lubricate tissues, and stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Traditional Context & Classical Authority

What the Therapy Involves
Two therapists administer warm classical oils (such as Mahanarayana or Ksheerabala) in synchronized, rhythmic strokes following the direction of venous blood flow and marma energy points, softening connective tissues.
