1. Overview
Welcome to Shri Manik Ayurveda Hub (“the Hub”). By accessing our website, booking consultations, or ordering herbal formulations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Care and Service.
2. Clinical Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments scheduled through our online booking engine represent slot reservations with Vaidyraj Venilal Mehta. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform the clinic at least 4 hours in advance to allow slot allocation to waitlisted patients.
3. Formulation Dispensary & Pricing
All formulation prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. In the event of unforeseen stock shortages, we reserve the right to prepare fresh classical batches or cancel the affected item with prompt notification.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of clinical services or formulation purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
